Having stayed at this hotel previously, we were looking forward to similar standards, unfortunately this was not the case. On arrival we found soiled bed linen and a blockage in the bath waste pipe.

Overall cleanliness was below the expected standard.

We travelled with friends, air conditioning in their room was not working for 3 days despite numerous requests, eventually the a/c unit was replaced after the manager was involved. They also had problems with a leaking bath waste which flooded the bathroom.

It seems petty to say that the mini bar was never stocked properly but this is just another symptom of the hotels standards dropping since our last visit.

Be aware that if you intend to use this hotel, building work is taking place to incorporate a casino and provide additional bedrooms, resulting in constant building noise throughout the site.
