The Cratos had everything we wanted. Right on the sea front, a huge pool and lots of space between sun loungers. Interior decor extremely lavish and staff were really helpful. Rooms a good size--- food good, and service excellent. Well situated for a short taxi ride into Kyrenia. Hotel provided live entertainment in the evenings, and even live music at breakfast. We had a great holiday in July at the Cratos. However, when we arrived no one came to get our cases so we were left to find out own way to the reception desk. Not what you expect from a luxury hotel. I was treated to several days at the Cratos Hotel recently by my fiancé and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd been to northern cyprus before and thought it was fantastic. As we pulled in and began getting out of the car, some of the staff rushed out to help us with our baggage. What a great first impression! Inside, we were awed by the opulence of this hotel. My boyfriend and I flew to northern cyprus for a few days away and stayed several days at the Cratos Premium Hotel. I was really surprised at the luxury of this hotel. The lobby was impressive, with polished marble everywhere and beautiful furniture and accessories. I had the opportunity recently to spend a few nights at the Cratos Premium Hotel in North Cyprus and all I can say is WOW!! Talk about luxury! This place screams opulence and luxury. The lobby is impressive enough all by itself but when we walked into our room, I was just as impressed with it as I was with the rest of the hotel. Although the fire in this hotel was on saturday 21st, and we didnt arrive until monday 23rd May, no attempt to contact us either by phone or email was received regarding the fire and if we would prefer alternative accommodation.When we arrived tired from journey we were informed at the desk that they had a problem with electricity, which may only be on a couple of hours at a time. After getting married over the Christmas period, my new wife and I decided to hold off going on honeymoon until the opening of The Cratos Premium Hotel in North Cyprus. The advertisements looked so stunning and they had so much to offer a couple on honeymoon.Upon arrival at the Cratos Premium we were greeted and congratulated especially. Recently I had the good fortune to be invited to North Cyprus by my boyfriend, who booked us in at the Cratos Premium Hotel. This hotel is one of the newer ones in North Cyprus and also one of the premier places to stay. It's a bit on the pricey side, but if money isn't an issue, I highly recommend the place. Before we reached the Reception desk, I was welcomed by my name! The Hotel have excellent and helpful staff. The hotel decor is really wonderful. There is a very relaxed atmosphere too! The hotel Buffet which we had on one evening was better than many hotels I have had previously. There was plently of areas to sit and have drinks etc in Reception/lounge area. Early this month I was fortunate enough to be surprised by my fiancé with a trip to North Cyprus, staying at the brand new Cratos Premium Hotel. We decided to visit North Cyprus a little later than our usual September holiday so we could try out the Cratos Hotel - and it was definitely worth the wait.The Cratos is a luxurious hotel both in scale and facilities, and our room was enormous, complete with a sitting room area with a tv, ad another tv in the bedroom itself. My boyfriend treated me to a stay at the Cratos Hotel just before Christmas, and I really didn't know where I was staying until we got to the airport. The Cratos certainly looks impressive after the rather dusty road leading to it, and I felt like a celeb as the staff rushed to greet us and take our luggage!
