Cratos Premium Hotel Review - 16 of 29 Reviews

We came here for a wedding a couple of weeks ago after we found this to be the recommended hotel by our travel agent Sue from 'gonorthcyprus'. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything once we got here. The place looks fantastic right from the first glance, and the food is of a high quality. The only problem is that the things on the buffet are the same no matter which day you go, so if you like a lot of variety then you might get a little bit bored if you were on a long break. There are plenty of other places that you can go around and about, though.

The view from our room was great and you could see the pool, which looked very inviting. We didn't have enough towels to start off with; just one each for the whole of the stay, but we asked staff whether we could have some more and they said that it wouldn't be a problem.

The majority of the staff who we met were friendly, and would do anything that they could in order to make your stay even better. However we did have one night where we wanted some room service which took a very long time to arrive, to the extent that nothing was still warm by the time it got to us. We assumed that this was a one off, though, as everything has been fine other than that.

We definitely think that this is a good place to go with friends, or for a wedding like we did. It a place that we would consider visiting again, and we think that if they took the time to read what the other guests are saying about them, there is a chance that they could improve their services to make them even better. The little things make a big difference sometimes!
