I took my wife and our three kids to Kaya Artemis for a week, we found the hotel through GoNorthCyprus and booked via Gary, great that they include transfers, one less thing to organise! We stayed in the main building, which was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and we had everything we could have needed. We all enjoyed the indoor pool, which was well maintained, and there's a great choice of food too, something for everyone, even our fussy daughter... more

Wow, what a place, we booked a week at the Kaya Artemis through gonorthcyprus and have just returned. Very luxurious and impressive hotel with hundreds of rooms though luckily not too busy at this time of year. We had a large room, very clean and pleasant with a comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was superb, everything exceptionally cooked, and the staff were attentive and professional. Very nice private beach that was spotlessly clean and a great spa too, the pools were mainly closed because... more

Absolutely stunning hotel we found via GoNorthCyprus, we booked a week away and only wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is just amazing, inside and out, very well designed and with an authentic feel. Our room was spacious and luxurious, kept clean at all times and very comfortable with the heavy textiles and sleek marble in the bathroom. Super pool areas and a whole pool for kids, although ours are now grown up we're sure they would have loved it as youngsters. Excellent sandy beach area... more

We were looking for somewhere remarkable for our next holiday and were blown away by the Kaya Artemis, which we found on the gonorthcyprus site. It looks like an ancient temple from the outside yet the inside is completely modern and very swish. We knew it was the place for us, so we booked soon after with Gary in sales. When we arrived we were left speechless by the sheer size and impact of the place. Beautiful fountains at front and columns as tall as trees! The staff were efficient and friendly... more

We couldn't overlook the Kaya Artemis when we were browsing the GoNorthCyprus website, such a lavish looking place we just had to book. Gary at GoNorthCyprus got us a good deal and we were really looking forward to an out of season break after reading the reviews. We mainly wanted to relax and when we arrived at the hotel we knew we would be able to do just that. Travelling out of season meant it wasn't as busy as it probably is in the summer as some of the facilities are closed, which was fine... more

We stayed at the Kaya Artemis recently, me, my husband and our three-year-old, and had a fantastic time. We booked our break with GoNorthCyprus, who got us a very good deal. We were really blown away by the pictures on the website and when we arrived the hotel was just as impressive in the flesh, very striking building. Huge and well maintained inside, our room was comfortable and very clean with a nice little balcony area. Beautiful gardens around the hotel and a wonderful private beach, it's great... more

The Kaya Artemis really has the wow factor, I took my family recently, booking through GoNorthCyprus.com as their prices and customer service were excellent. We don't often take elaborate family holidays but as our son has just turned 16 we wanted to celebrate in style, and the Kaya Artemis seemed the perfect place! We were struck by the amazing architecture on arrival and the interior of the hotel is so sleek and stylish, it really does feel luxurious. Our rooms were plush and contemporary and... more

I was looking for an extra-special place to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and GoNorthCyprus.com found us the amazing Kaya Artemis. The hotel looks like it belong in ancient Greece with its columns and temple-like appearance and we knew this was the place for us. The inside of the hotel is very contemporary and sleek, and we had a great room with a balcony and sun loungers. We took our two sons with us who are 8 and ten and they were so impressed by the water park at the hotel - it was brilliant.... more

We booked a week's visit to this resort hotel in Jan through GoNorthCyprus. If you're planning to visit this area (Famagusta) we'd definitely recommend them before using high-street chains, it was a much more personal and straightforward service. It was advertised as a five star hotel and the pictures on the website seemed in keeping with what you'd expect from an establishment of that calibre. Our first impression was similarly reassuring- the main building is a triumph of interior design and although... more

I stayed at the Kaya Artemis Resort as a bonus from work (lucky I know) and had an excellent stay. My company always book through Gary or Sue as they are really good at matching your interests the hotel in which you stay. The Kaya Artemis Resort had all of the facilities you would expect from a 5 star hotel, with plush décor, particularly in the communal areas. You are definitely impressed when you walk in. Although the majority of the Kaya Artemis is remarkable, the rooms don't quite match up to... more

Mum and Dad booked this hotel cos it said it was 5 star and it looked fun, but our stay wasn't much fun at all!! if you look at pictures, the hotel is like a giant Greek temple with lots of gardens and streams and a big swimming pool, but the pictures do not show the big building sites next door!!! Our room smelt damp and the smell didn't go even after we ran the aircon all night, AND opened the windows. The big restaurant had buffet meals which were OK, but it never looked very clean in there.... more

I was really looking forward to staying at the Kaya Artemis - it just looked so OTT, we had to go! We (me + girlfriend) tagged two extra nights at the Artemis on the end of a four-day break at my parent's apartment near Kyrenia, so we wanted a bit of luxury and fun, as I know North Cyprus quite well.Walking into the hotel grounds is like stepping into an ancient Greece theme park, but without the accuracy! It's full of statues here, fountains there, sparcely populated with staff and conference delegates... more

Not a 'real' hotel review, as I live in TRNC and only visit the Kaya Artemis, but it is a truly wacky place! You can get day passes for YTL100 which lets you use all the facilities like the pool, spa, beach, etc, and includes a buffet lunch, so good value, especially as kids go free. Just don't go at the weekends in August - the place packs out with mainland gamblers and it's hard to find a space by the pool, big as it is. It's very hot by the pool at that time of year anyway! The main buffet restaurant... more

My girlfriend and I needed an extra night in North Cyprus to make the most of a cheap flight deal, so we looked for somewhere different to stay - and they don't come much more different than the Kaya Artemis. It's a massive hotel built, they claim, as a replica of the ancient Temple of Artemis, thought I'm pretty certain the original never had a glittering casino underneath and a hotel inside! The hotel grounds are like Disneyland on a Monday; pristine, surreal and almost empty, with immaculate... more

We enjoyed much our visit to the Kaya Artemis Hotel. Ths Artemis was like a hotel from Las Vegas USA put in Northern Cyprus. There is a very big casino here, and many people who come here do gambling all the time, so you do not find many tourists like us. All staff do not speak German, but are kind and we always got service we asked for. I wished to sit on the beach but there were insects and we had many bites from them. There were no insects by the main pool, and we found it empty most of the days.... more
