I enjoy backpacking and hadn't been to this part of Cyprus before when I stumbled on this hotel via the gonorthcyprus website. It seemed just right for me and very cheap. I'm not bothered about anything fancy but I do like seclusion so the Oasis Hotel was ideal. Gonorthcyprus handled my booking efficiently and even arranged transfers, which was handy. My room was very basic but the bed was comfortable and the views superb. The restaurant is tired but the food is very good, portion size is decent and the fish is fresh and tasty. Good prices too. There's a fascinating old ruin next to the hotel and you can see right out across the bay, which is very peaceful with hardly anyone around. The hotel is clean and tidy and there are beaches on the doorstep - that's more than enough for me!
