Oasis Hotel Karpas Review - 5 of 11 Reviews
This is a hotel review for Oasis Hotel Karpas in Karpas, North Cyprus
“Fantastic location”
If you really want to feel that you've escaped civilisation for a few days, this is the place to do it. The Oasis is a very basic b and b with minimal facilities in a wonderful location. A very secluded spot virtually on the beach and with the benefit of some interesting old ruins just next door. There's hardly anyone around, my company for the week was mainly the local stray cats, which were very friendly and sweet. I like to travel alone and really enjoyed the peace and quiet to collect my thoughts. Rooms are sufficiently furnished and clean and the restaurant food is very good, tasty and cheap, although service can be slow. The hotel is on the doorstep of the Karpaz Peninsula, which is ideal for some beautiful walks through the rugged countryside. It's an unspoilt setting that can't be beaten.
