My wife and I got a brilliant last minute deal for a week all inclusive at the Jasmine Court Hotel. We booked through Go North Cyprus and Mandy was the one who found us the fantastic deal.We had read a few reviews which made us a little unsure before we got there as a lot of people had said that the hotel rooms were in a poor state. In all honesty, we don't know what some people were on about. Yes the hotel could do with some modernisation, but we never felt that any of it was dirty or in a poor... more

I'd read mixed reviews about the Jasmine Court Hotel and have to say that it wouldn't have been my first choice of places to stay but I booked a last minute holiday for my family so didn't have much choice. The 5 star element reassured me that it wouldn't be that bad! I booked the holiday through Go North Cyprus and Sue helped me out- she was really helpful in finding the best package at such short notice. I have to say that with our apprehensions, we were really happy with the Jasmine Court. It... more

Gary at GoNorthCyprus got a really good deal for my partner and I at the Jasmine Court Hotel. We'd had a tax rebate and were desperate to spend it so decided to go for a bit of luxury by staying in a 5 star hotel. We were really impressed with the Jasmine hotel on the whole. It had brilliant facilities: I used the fitness suite and had a massage and we went to the casino on one of the nights. We also wanted to try scuba diving but didn't have the time to fit it in to this holiday. The hotel always... more

We couldn't have been more disappointed with the Jasmine Court Hotel. There is an expectation in this day and age that (with tools such as the internet, which usually allow you to get a detailed perspective on things before you pay for them) you will at least have some idea about the quality of accommodation before you arrive. Sadly, due to the intentionally misleading nature of the Jasmine Court's website and what I suspect are false reviews online, we were left completely unprepared for the state... more

This is not a hotel I would recommend at all. I was very disappointed with the overall quality of the place as well as the service that we received. The hotel description on the website is completely false. They describe the rooms as elegant and modern equipped with cable and flat screen TVs, when in fact they were old, dirty with a box TV that had two channels. We moved to three different rooms and everyone was the same. If the bath wasn't full of dirt, the shower was, or the toilet was blocked,... more

I love the Jasmine Court Hotel. I've been to Kyrenia in North Cyprus a couple of times in the past and always enjoyed my stay each time. This last time was no exception. The staff was great, as usual. They always go out of their way to help out when needed and to make sure their guests have a wonderful time. I asked for directions several times to various places I wanted to visit and they always stopped whatever they were doing to give good directions and even drew me a map when necessary.Aside... more

Absolutely overrated hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Even Motel 6 budget drive-in hotel chain in the USA is much cleaner and offer much better service. If Jasmine Court is 5 stars, Motel 6 should get at least 6 stars. Service was awful, cleanliness was severly compromised, AC system no working properly, mosquitoes everywhere. Staff was nonresponsive and rude, reception not helpful, internet even we paid for it, not working properly. Food and drinks overpriced and what included in the package... more

I stayed at the Jasmine Court Hotel for a long weekend recently when i visited northern cyprus on a business tour and I completely enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone coming here. In addition to all the great amenities offered by the hotel, there are a ton of things to do and places to see close by, making it another excellent reason to stay here. This place is close to the beach, museums and several historical sites, making for some wonderful sightseeing opportunities.There's... more

Visiting family in North Cyprus and stayed at the Jasmine Court Hotel. This was a really nice hotel and I completely enjoyed my stay here. There are a lot of things to do and places to go within a short distance from the hotel, making it very convenient for sightseeing trips. The hotel staff spent a considerable amount of time giving me directions and drawing maps to the various places of interest in this region of Northern Cyprus, so I feel compelled to offer praise where it's due. They really... more

We only stayed here 2 days before we asked to move to somewhere better. The hotel itself was ok although the staff were not the friendliest. We went on 30th March for 2 weeks. There was no water in the pool and no sunbeds anywhere. Even though there are extensive grounds down to the sea. there was absolutely nowhere to sit outside. The reason given for no sunbeds was "No sunbeds till May". Even though the pool was empty, there was nothing round it to stop anyone falling 12 feet into it. That was... more

I stayed at the Jasmine Court Hotel, north cyprus with my elderly mother, who is disabled, and I was amazed at how helpful the staff was and how genuinely concerned they were for our well-being. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They were very solicitous, offering everything from help with our luggage to wheelchair assistance for my mother. The hotel itself, while not overly impressive from the outside, offered very spacious... more

My husband decided Kyrenia was to be the destination of our week long family holiday and I took a look online at the Jasmin Court Hotel. A few reviews read that the hotel was an equivalent of 4-5 star hotel here, so it looked pretty promising, well to begin with anyhow. We were taking 2 small children and it looked a suitable place for them to stay too. We've visited a few places in the world with 5 star hotels but im very disappointed to say this is certainly not a 5 star hotel in any sort of way!... more

My husband, myself and our two teenage children have just recently returned from Kyrenia. We stayed at the Jasmine Court and found it to be excellent. Our children were in awe of its grand rooms and features, such as the large staggered swimming pool. In terms of its looks it definitely had the 'wow' factor of a five star, for a fairly reasonable price. The rooms were incredibly clean and maintained to a high standard, they were also very spacious. All of the facilities were in good condition and... more

We were looking forward to spending a week as a family for some quality time. There were times that this actually happened. The staff at the hotel was most accommodating and they are very fond of children here. However, it is not enough to recommend a stay if you are going on holiday in November. While it shouldn't have been as warm as it was that is still no excuse as to why the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It became so hot in the night that sleeping was very difficult. The main... more

The Jasmine Court is a very friendly hotel despite its size, and our room was clean, comfortable and roomy enough for us all. Kids were amazed that most of the TV was in Turkish - not sure what they expected! The major problems we had were with the air con and smelly drains. The hotel said it was now winter season so they turned the air con off, despite it being really hot for the time of year. The smell from the bathroom drains was unbearable, so the staff moved us to another room, with no fuss.... more

The temperatures in TRNC in August when we visited the Jasmine Court were in the 30s, so most of the time was spent trying to find shade rather than lying in the full sun. The pool areas were clean and tidy, but really hot in the full sun, even with a parasol. We were glad to cool off in the sea off the little beach at the hotel, but the drinks at all the hotel bars were pricey considering the heat. The hotel doesn't 'officially' let you bring drinks in, not even water, but everyone we spoke to... more

The hotel was very pleasant with a very helpful staff. They welcome children which is always good because there are some places we have been that don't. The room was very spacious which is a must for a family. We had the B&B option which got very boring, especially for the children. Eggs are fine, but not every day. The rate was exceptional which is why we choose this hotel; however, it is too far from anything unless you hire a car. We were glad that we only stayed a week as the pool still... more

The flight was interminable so we were happy to get to the hotel. The joy was short lived when we encountered the reception staff. They had very little English and weren't particularly welcoming. We thought we were in for a bad time of it until we reached our Junior Suite. The room saved our day as it was very clean and huge! The first luxury of our holiday! While giving this hotel a five star rating is too generous, a three more appropriate, we did have a good time. The restaurant had very... more
