“Tired with lacksadasical service”
The Dome hotel has an excellent location, but the tired decor lets it down, and even more, the staff who make you feel you are a nuisance if you want any sort of service. Some staff training urgently needed. İt is the guests who pay your wages!!
Also, in this modern age, internet is essential.
