Colony Hotel Review - 58 of 98 Reviews

We stayed in the colony hotel and the hotel and staff were great. We booked for half board. Breakfasts were great, anything that you wanted was there or they cooked it fresh for you.

However I would not book for the evening buffet again. There was plenty of choice but the food was not very warm. The choice of carvers was not very good one night it was a small chicken, which was carved for you and the next night it was some kind of meat roll, which did not look too good. Never tried either of them. We only found out on our second last night that there was also a set menu that you could eat off if you were half board, which was really good, and warm. On the last night we ala carte and the steaks we had were great.

The rooms and hotel were excellent, so would recommend it to friends and we will come and stay again next year.
