“Good hotel!”
We enjoyed two weeks in Kyrenia at the Bellapais Monastery Village hotel. The hotel offers a wide range of rooms, but we stayed in one of the villas. The villas are 97 steps from the pool and restaurant, which was the only problem with the accommodations. All the public areas were clean. The rooms were cleaned daily with linen changes. The food was perfect, so credit must be given to the chef and staff for making it hot and giving us a wide range of choices. Some guests were less than amicable. They would not shower before entering the pool in spite of the postings around the pool, in the rooms, and elsewhere. The pool quality was low due to the sunbathers and their sun lotion.
Liked — clean and well situated
Disliked — villas were far from pool
