My husband and I booked a delux room and were not disappointed.It was very spacious with a full size fridge and was situated above the outdoor eating area with great views.

The staff at the hotel were very good nothing was too much trouble.

There is free wifi on the ground floor and if you havent got your own there is a computer that you can use free of charge. You can book your seat and check in for your return journey and they will print it out for you.

We arrived late at the hotel and were given a meal and a drink before shown our room.

The weeks we were there was just before half term and there were no children,but when the half term came there was no problem at all just a little more noise in the pool areas

At the moment there is some building work going on by reception and one of the pools but was not too bad.

The breakfasts were very good. massive choice of cereal,fresh fruit,cheeses,cold meats salads yoghurts etc and then if you want eggs done in any way you want,the omelettes were great and hot spicey sausage fried potatoes etc. HOWEVER the evening meals were not as good.

The starters and sweets were fine as were the salad selections but the let down was the main course. Bland,cool same every night except cooked in a different way. it was ok for a few nights but not for a longer stay.

As we had a free half board upgrade we didnt feel guilty going out for meals which were very good and not expensive.

If the food could be sorted out then this would be 5 star.

The walk to the harbour is 20 mins not 10mins,but you can always hop on a bus(which will toot you) for 2 turkish lira.

if you want a beach, Escape beach is the one. The bus will take you from the back of the hotel for 3 TL each. All the beaches charge. this one is 20 TL which will include a drink and sunbeds with brolly.

Tip Bring stirling and change at the little kiosk next to the hotel best rates much better than UK. if you want to go both sides you will need a few Euros for the south.
