Long Beach Resort Hotel Review - 4 of 21 Reviews

My family had the most relaxing holiday in the wonderful retreat that is the Long Beach Resort Hotel. I'd read reviews that said it was a peaceful place to visit, but it exceeded my expectations ten fold.

For a start, the location of the hotel is incredible, especially if you stay in one of the beach villas. They are so close to the beach that at night you can look out of your window and think that you are the only one there, on your own desert island. There are also some beautiful sunsets and sunrises to be seen over the bay. Although a bus is needed to get to some locations, this never seems like a problem because the service is very efficient and the tranquillity of the resort totally makes up for it.

The beach villas are really spacious and incredibly clean, with a maid service every day. The décor is a little dated but still in a very good condition and the lounge is absolutely massive!

Breakfast at the Long Beach was fantastic- a real surprise, with everything you could wish for and all very fresh and well prepared. We didn't have dinner included in our package but we did eat at the hotel on two occasions and both our meals were excellent- really traditional. The remaining nights we ate in a couple of family run restaurants in the picturesque town of Famagusta- Turkish Cypriot food is delicious!

Everything about our holiday to the Long Beach Resort was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole place was just beautiful. We booked our stay online through www.gonorthcyprus.co.uk who were really helpful in finding us the perfect holiday at a good price.
