“Would not return at any cost”
We travel to Northern Cyprus twice every year, we chose Bare Hill purely on location and cost as is was compatabile to what we are used to pay. On arrival the room was not ready and dirty. during our 3 week stay the bar was not open in the evenings. the room was not cleaned daily and the towels and bedding were only changed three times throughout our stay. We complained to the management only to have a mop and bucket dumped in the room to enable us to clean it ourselves. it is a shame as this could be a very good complex with the right management and staff
