Acapulco Beach Club Hotel Review - 47 of 127 Reviews

We stayed at the Acapulco Beach Club outside the holiday season, so obviously it was quieter than it might have been during the Summer months. We weren't expecting much in the way of luxury, but we were greeted warmly by all the staff we came across (who also seemed to have an really good grasp of the English language, which made us feel much more comfortable in speaking to them). The hotel was kept very clean and tidy and we had no complaints about the quality of the rooms we stayed in. There was always a customer services representative on hand to answer any questions we had and ensure we were having a great stay.

The hotel itself is in a great location for sight seers and there are great access routes to most of the local attractions. For folks like us, who were after more of a relaxing stay there are three different swimming pools including one heated pool indoors (which has its own spa).

The food we were served was very reasonably priced and of a good quality, and thankfully the menu was extensive enough to offer us something new to eat every day. Service was always provided with a smile and we spent plenty of time chatting with the staff at the bar.

Since we have returned from our holiday we have read a few negative reviews of the Acapulco but are at a loss as to why. We had a brilliant time considering the cost we incurred and would happily return.
