Acapulco Beach Club Hotel Review - 38 of 127 Reviews

We really can't understand why there have been some poor reviews of this accommodation. It really does puzzle us! I suppose some people are just the complaining type or maybe it didnt suit them as a holiday base maybe. We went in early spring whilst it was still quiet and to avoid the summer rush. Every member of staff went out of their way to assist us and they were so friendly and helpful. Not only that but their English language skills were impressive and made things much easier for us.

Our booking was for one of the bungalows but they moved us to the hotel because the weather had been a bit cold before our arrival and they wanted us to be warm. The hotel was clean and our rooms had lots of space. We were very comfy and Denise from customer services made herself available, day and night, and was so helpful. The location here is simple marvellous and there are 2 outside swimming pools and an indoor one with a spa which we used quite regularly during our stay here. The food menus had a lot of variety and the food was first class. We noticed how clean and hygienic everything was too. Nothing to moan about and I'd be more than happy to stay here in the future.
